HOW WE PROTECT YOU

Data Handling, Cookies, and Account Security

Our policy commitments aren't just paperwork. Here's how each area works in practice — from how we store your payment details to what happens when you ask us to delete your data.

Payment Data Storage

We do not store full PayPal, Venmo, or Play+ credentials on our servers. Payments are tokenized through the respective payment provider, and only a transaction reference is held in your account record.

Cookie Controls

Our Cookie Notice lists every category we use — functional, analytics, and preference cookies. You can adjust non-essential cookies anytime from the footer link without affecting your account login.

Account Security Practices

Every login triggers an OTP check to your registered device. If we detect unusual access — a new device or an unrecognized location — your account is flagged and we'll reach you through your verified email before any withdrawal clears.

Data Retention and Deletion

Transaction records are kept as long as required by applicable state financial regulations. Once that period ends, or if you submit a valid deletion request, data is purged from active systems within the window our Privacy Policy specifies.

Common Questions About Our Policies

These are the questions we hear most often about account rights, data access, and how our legal terms apply to you in the United States.

Availability depends entirely on your state's laws. We check your location at account creation and during login. If your state isn't currently eligible, we'll tell you clearly at that step.

Log in, navigate to Settings, and choose 'Privacy & Legal'. Submit a data-access request there. We'll respond within the period required by applicable state law and send the data to your registered email.

Our Terms of Use apply to every deposit, alongside the payment provider's own terms. For Play+ prepaid cards, the card issuer's conditions also apply. Links to all three are shown at checkout.

Yes. Submit a deletion request through the 'Privacy & Legal' section of your account settings. We'll retain only what state financial regulations require us to keep, then purge the rest.

Our Terms of Use specify binding arbitration under US law as the default process. If a statutory right in your state requires a different path, that right is preserved — we'll outline the steps in the relevant notice.

Both documents are linked in the footer of every page and also accessible from Settings under 'Privacy & Legal'. Players in Columbus or Denver can access them from any mobile browser without logging in.
